Noah’s Mill – Tasting Notes

Nose
Tabaco, caramel, vanilla, black pepper, mint, malty, creamy, honey, cinnamon  spices, light wood flavours, plums, dried eastern/tropical fruits, apricots, nectarines

Taste
Caramel, toffee, honey, mint, liquorish, fruity, plums, citrus, burned nuts, chocolate, leather, creamy, ‘Haagse Hopjes’, syrop

Finish
Chocolate, leather, creamy, not very long, but long enough.

Score
This is a Kentucky Bourbon, and I gave it a score of 8,5 out of 10.
Through the strength of this bourbon it needs some water to kick down the alcohol, and release all the flavours. The fruit tones are stronger with water. It just keeps going, beautiful!
