Dalmore Grand Reserva – Tasting Notes

Cereal, orange, fruits, apple, apricots, vanilla, toffee, caramel

Honey, nutmeg, coffee, fruitcake, orange, anise, fudge, creamy, vanilla

Sweet, vanilla, apricots. Dry in the end.

Tasted this one after the 12 year old. Here the softer fruit tones are more present in the nose.  On the palate there is more spices then in the 12 year old, and more a fruitcake. It is a bit fuller. But it still is just mostly sweet and again dry in the end. The same tones of cereal, hint of orange, vanilla and toffee/caramel stays at the basic tones.
