Flowers, clovers, roses, honey, light maritime notes, orange, citrus, soft sweet fruits, vanilla

Palate
Soft, sweet, peaches, apricots, honey, vanilla, toffee, liquorish, cinnamon, clove, cashew/peanut, Sûkerbôle (A Frisian sugary bread). Also some other nice fruit tones, very nice!

Finish
The finish was sweet, soft and filled with fruit and honey tones. A nice good quality length finish.

Score

Jim told us that this bottling for Feis Ile 2013 was made out of whisky’s with a total age of 100 years old. This is again a beautiful expression of his making… I gave it a 8 out of 10.
