Connemara Peated Single Malt – Tasting Notes

Heather, honey, vanilla, fudge, citrus, wood, light smoky, soft, floral, sweet on the nose.

Citrus, roses, wood, nuts, warm, honey, cloves, and at the end peaty. Dryness to strong with the citrus bitter in it combined with laurel.

Warming, a bit chocolate combined with honey and wood tones. Ends up a bit dry, like cashew’s.

Nice, the peat is not to heavy there, but the dry mouthfeel at the end, well, makes it a bit “not sure about this”. Makes it a 6 out of 10 for me…
